Each meeting typically begins with a short session to conduct the club's business, followed by a demonstration or other instructive or social activity. Membership meetings are open to the public. Please note: Scheduled events at the Mansion House will be cancelled if Washington County Schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Videos are also available. A list of materials is available for members to use in selecting items. Materials can be signed out for one month at the monthly general meeting. Librarians are available before the meeting and during the break.
